Jorginho to Arsenal?

According to Sky Sports, Arsenal are interested in signing Jorginho. Arsenal’s attempt to bring in Aouar and Partey have so far been unsuccessful and they might be tempted to pursue the Italian midfielder.

Declan Rice to Chelsea?

West Ham have been adamant for a long time now that they won’t sell Declan Rice. Chelsea on the other hand think Declan Rice can be bought for a price lower than €80m. The situation is thought to be similar to the Chilwell situation and Chelsea are hoping Rice will ask West Ham to sell him. Talks with Rice’s agent are ongoing but there is no official bid so far.

Ruben Loftus-Cheek or Barkley loaned out?

Chelsea would like to loan out either RLC or Barkley to premier league club to get more minutes. Ruben to Aston Villa news is true and could happen as Aston Villa really need him. Chelsea would like to sell Barkley if the right offer comes in.

Kepa to go on loan?

According to various sources, Chelsea have received an inquiry from Roma for a loan move for Kepa. Chelsea are at the moment considering that option which depends on how well Mendy fits in at the club. Roma have enquired about a simple loan without any obligation or option to buy. Things are very premature at the moment.
