Serie A Champions Juventus have opened talks with Chelsea over the transfer of Italy international Jorginho to Turin this summer, TBS sources understand.
Jorginho has fallen down the pecking order at Stamford Bridge and it’s understood that Chelsea manager Frank Lampard won’t block his potential transfer this summer.

According to information from our sources, the Old Ladies are offering Chelsea a year loan deal with obligation to sign the midfielder next summer but Chelsea want full transfer this summer as they intend to use the money to buy West Ham’s Declan Rice, who has been on Frank Lampard’s radar.
We are also told that Juventus manager Maurizio Sarri has been in regular contact with Jorginho and the 28-year-old is very keen to reunite with his former Napoli and Chelsea boss.
Even though Jorginho’s agent Joao Santos cleverly denied this claim in an interview with Radio Kiss Kiss yesterday, we understand there has been contact between Sarri and Jorginho.
“Sarri has never called Jorginho personally to talk about Juventus,” agent Joao Santos told Radio Kiss Kiss via Juvefc.
“I know there’s talk in the papers, but we have never had direct contact with Sarri or even director of sport Fabio Paratici.
“When the directors Paratici and Marina Granovskaia find an agreement, if they find an agreement, then and only then can I talk about the situation.
“Everyone knows there is a very strong rapport between Sarri and Jorginho after five years working together, I’d be a hypocrite to deny that, but I also want to remind you that Jorginho has three years left on his Chelsea contract.”
Despite the denial, we understand that a deal is likely to be reached between the two clubs by next month.
Chelsea beat off competition from Manchester City to sign Jorginho from Napoli on a 5-year deal worth £57m in the summer of 2018.
