Ziyech sustained a minor injury in a friendly match against Brighton last week while Chilwell recently resumed light training following a heel injury he sustained while playing for his former club, Leicester City.
However, on a positive note, Christian Pulisic is set to return to action after recovering from a hamstring injury he suffered against Arsenal in the FA Cup final.
Reece James is also expected to feature after pulling out of England U21 duty due to injury concern.
Another new signing Kai Havertz is set to play after impressing the coaching staff during training sessions.
