Various reports from Morocco suggest Chelsea winger Hakim Ziyech has left the Atlas Lions’ of Morocco camp after playing just 30 minutes of football for the North Africans against Senegal, where he provided an assist for Morocco’s third goal.
According to FRMF, the former Ajax winger is not injured but he’s returning to London to continue his recovery as part of the agreement between Chelsea and Morocco.

Chelsea manager Frank Lampard has spoken recently about the importance of having Ziyech and Pulisic ready as soon as possible.
“I think they will all bring the best out of each other,” he told reporters after Chelsea’s win Crystal Palace.
“Of course, it is a shame that we have not had Hakim and Christian at this time of the season. Christian has been with us for a year so he doesn’t have that bedding in period that he had last year. Hakim will bring something completely different for us.”
It seems the early return is geared towards getting Ziyech ready for Chelsea’s next Premier League game against Southampton next Saturday.
